Will this show me if the size fits?
The service shows visual compatibility — how clothing looks on you in terms of color, design, and style. However, it does not determine the exact size. For sizing, use the brand’s size chart on the product page.
Do I need to upload a photo every time?
No. You upload a photo once to your personal dashboard and it is used for all subsequent try-ons. You can upload multiple photos and switch between them.
Is this safe? What happens to my photos?
Your photos are processed by AI and stored in a secure cloud system. They are not shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes. Learn more: Privacy Policy
How much does it cost?
Pricing starts at 299 RUB/month. New users receive 5 free try-ons to evaluate the service quality.
Does it work on mobile?
Currently the service works through a desktop browser extension (Chrome, Yandex Browser). A mobile app is in development. Learn more: Mobile App
What if I don’t like the result?
The technology is constantly evolving and improving. Complex designs or unusual angles may have visual artifacts. Free try-ons let you evaluate quality before purchasing a subscription. For better results, follow the Photo Tips.
Troubleshooting
The extension does not show the “Try On” button
- Refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl+R)
- Check that the extension is enabled (puzzle icon -> AI Fitting Room -> on)
- Make sure you are on a clothing product page on Wildberries or Ozon
- Check that you are signed in to the extension

Photo won’t upload
- Check the file format: JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC are supported
- Make sure the file size does not exceed 10 MB
- Try a different browser
- Check your internet connection
Try-on result looks unrealistic
- Try a photo with better lighting and a neutral background
- Use a photo with fitted clothing
- Make sure the photo is full-body (from head to feet)

I can’t sign in to my account
- Try resetting your password through the recovery form
- Try signing in via Telegram
- Make sure you are entering the correct email
